Educational Development and Resources is a Department within Human Resources Shared Services serving Faculty, Staff, and students throughout the Medical Center.

Our mission is: "working as a team with OSUMC leaders, faculty, staff and students, we create personalized strategies to improve work lives and achieve organizational objectives."
